Trade Ridnour, Hire Dwane Casey
Dwane Casey is the coach we wanted to replace Nate McMillan, but while Nate was wasting our time by pretending he had any interest in turning down 18 million Paul Allen dollars Dwane was snatched up by the Timberwolves. Now? That fucking idiot Kevin McHale fired Dwane Casey after less than two years!! (If only McHale was black or not an ex-Celtic, then the Sports Guy would rip him every day. He's every bit as incompetent as Isiah.) I kind of like Bob Hill, but after attending the Sonics-Nuggets game last night it's evident that these Supes could use a change. Crunch time offense was literally to get the ball to Ray. Good in theory, but when four players on the court are passing up makeable shots to make bad passes to a double teamed Jesus that's trouble. Besides, my main reason for liking Bob Hill is that he rocks Pat Riley's hair better than Riley does nowadays.
Firing Bob Hill allows the Supes to put the past one and a half seasons in a box, to be referred to as "The Bobs' Years". We bring back a coach who knows the organization inside and out who commits to the defensive end of the floor. It would also make Ray Allen the second most important person in the huddle during timeouts. I love Ray, but it's clear that both Weiss and Hill had little sway over him. You may remember this coaching formula as the one that won us 50+ games two years ago.
Supes up? Nick Collison is on a tear. Look up his game log and be shocked by the last two weeks.
Supes down? Point guards. We need to trade Ridnour and draft a one. He's just too inconsistent and if he hasn't clicked by now ain't gonna. Let's work out something with the Cavs. LeBron wants him and he would be a great fit there.
